Don't use. : Get a new prescription, or buy some PPI over the counter. Don't use that Nexium from 2011.

Probably not: That is very old. It is unlikely to be harmful, but is also unlikely to be very effective. I would not try. If you need to, you could buy over-the-counter omeprazole relatively inexpensive Lee which does essentially the same thing. Good luck.
