Speak to surgeon: Speak to your neurosurgeon , will explain o you why you still have head aches, also has to know your post surgical status, and take medications under supervision only

Headaches with tumor: You should talk to your surgeon. The causes are too varied to make a blanket recommendation.

Most common: The most common cause of headaches in patients with brain tumors is vasogenic edema - swelling around the tumor or tumor cavity. Treatment is steroids, typically dexamethasone. If this is ruled out by MRI or ct, then the list of causes becomes very large - post surgical pain, cluster headache, migraine, etc.
