Antibiotics: Yes, go now. You need antibiotics, but you also need definitive dental care, insurance or not. You'll have to figure that out on your own via financing, or borrowing from friends or family. Speak to social services to see if you are eligible for low cost care. Univ of Colorado Dental school is right in your town, why not go there?

YES: sounds like a serious dental infection which can be life threatening and needs to be addressed immediately.

ER: They will place you on antibiotic to prevent further spread of infection until you can have dental treatment accomplished. Or see Endodontist or Oral Surgeon immediately. You must have dental treatment, antibiotics are only a stop-gap. Your problem is serious to the point of life threatening. Get immediate help.
