A member asked:

Can you get sarcomas in the shin area of leg? if so what are the symptoms? i have a non painful lump that won't go away. but it's not getting bigger

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, but rare: Your concern will likely only be alleviated after you've seen a physician, had an x-ray and been given answers as to the cause of this lump. Even without seeing you, I would say that a sarcoma would be an extremely unlikely cause of this lump. Nodular areas in the shin are quite common and sometimes develop after minor trauma to the area. These can take months to resolve. It's time to see a doc!
