Infection? BV?: This sort of discharge with foul odor usually is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrown of vaginal bacteria. However, the STDs trichomonas can do it, and other STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) also are more common in women with BV. So see a doctor soon for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
