Scan very reassuring: The sonographic findings you describe are usually considered to be highly reassuring despite your worries over the fact that "all your symptoms have disappeared" . Feeling well now and better than earlier is not a sign of a problem, particularly if you are otherwise healthy, have no pelvic/abdominal pain and no vaginal bleeding. a follow up scan may be the simplest way to answer your concerns.
