Headache / Pressure: The most common causes are primary headache, sinus pressure caused by sinusitis or allergy, and problems with blood pressure. The severity of the pressure, duration, location, other symptoms (nasal drainage) and factors which make it better or worse can help differentiate what the pressure is from. Sometimes it is as simple as pressure around the eyes indicating a need for new eyeglasses.
