Ophthalmologist: These prolonged symptoms warrant an evaluation by an ophthalmologist to check for orbital or retroorbital pathology including a tumor or a type of glaucoma. An MRI may be advised. If no eye pathology is found sinusitis is a possibility and can be seen on an MRI.
