Ive had raised, orange-ish marks (scratch mark shaped and round dots) in the back of my throat for a few months now. ive also noticed some whitepatchs?

Swab: If there is no pain or difficulty swallowing there is no need to be concerned. If you can see a white coating then this could be the beginning of a streptococcal throat infection or yeast infection of the throat. If the symptoms are not resolving over 24 hrs,see your dr to get a swab done

Patches: Discolored area and white patches should be investigated. Choose either an Oral Surgeon or an ear/nose/throats specialist. You're overdue to have these areas evaluated.
