These symptoms might also be caused by MS and also resemble auras described by patients with classic migraine headaches. I would scan your head!

I have occasional lightheadedness, and on other occasions I feel a head-rush similar to an adrenaline rush. I also sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet and hands. Should I be worried about brain tumors or ALS? Or is this anxiety 101?
