Mole in mouth: If I were you, keep close eyes inside of your mouth and if that happens again go to see your doctor right away. I wonder, the "mole" might be residual food particle?

I don't: know what it was but a mole or other growth would not fall off. See if anything else appears. If it does, see your dentist.
