Pain: If this is on one side and hurts when you move, it probably is some type of muscle pain. See if Ibuprofen will help. Heat might do some good too. If this persists get checked

Neck strain: usually that symptom indicates a neck strain or misalignment of the cervical vertebra or inflammatrion of the neck muscles or joints. If there is pain shooting down the arm, it indicates nerve irritation and needs doctor's attention. Usually waiting or using an NSAID medication will allow it to go away. See a doctor if not gone in 4 days.
