No: fleets liquid is a little strong I would get a glycerine suppository, maybe half a pediatric glycerine suppository like pediatric dulcolax suppository which is gentle and will lubricate the anus as the glycerine dissolves make sure he is not reacting to the foods you may have added in his diet
