Someone's blood got on my phone. dr. says only bleach kills hep c and hiv. i can't use bleach on my phone but what will clean it?

It is essentially: impossible that dried blood on your phone is infectious: first, the person whose blood it is likely is not infected, and that blood has not come into contact with your "broken" skin or mucous membranes. For peace of mind, put some bleach (careful not to get it on your clothes!) on a paper towel, and wipe down your phone. Stop worrying now!! Stay well:)

No risk, no worry: Any common disinfectant or soap and water will work fine. But no risk anyway. These infections are never transmitted this way, only by direct intimate contact or blood exchange with infected persons.
