Abortion conceive: Can second trimester therapeutic abortion that's surgical abortion make it difficult to conceive? ANS: Ask the team that did the surgery if they took out ovaries or tied tubes. Probably did not. But they know you best and can give you their experience in those they have operated on. I would hope they can at least.
