Sinus disease: Most sinus disease is chronic and recurrent. Flares of disease and recurrent infection may involve sinus membranes, which are very vascular and may bleed on provocation (sneezing, blowing nose, etc). In addition the nasal cavity tissue may also be inflamed or swollen, leading to another source of blood. SOunds like an exam is in order for you if conservative measures aren't working.
