Possible: It is possible to have spotting of blood with sinus inflammation and b/c the back of the mouth and nose connect where your throat starts, it is possible that blood could appear in the mouth even if originating from the nose. Any heavy or persistant bleeding needs an evaluation. Sinusitis may need antibiotics. Inflamed nasal passages need TLC & at times a decongestant spray can help restrict blding.
