Ears clogged: may take three to four weeks to clear provided no smoking. alcohol, another URI, air flight, etc. Second course of Abx may be indicated. Pop ears with valsalva manuever 5 or more times per hour to force air into eustachian tube. if does not clear after conversative treatment. insertion of PE tube may be indicated. FU with ENT.
