25 y/o f. i have a lump in groin area btwn upper thigh and pelvic area. it is unmovable, approx 1 cm, painful even w/o touch, deep under skin.

Lymph nodes: In this area, a lump could be a lymph node, a hernia, a cyst. Avoid rubbing or manipulating. If persists longer than a week, get in for evaluation with your doc. Ultrasound will make the diagnosis of hernia versus something else. Be well.
