A visit : To the doctor not so bad. They may learn you are anemic or by asking questions something that can easily be addressed. They aren't so bad

I would check it out: I would see your physician and tell him/her your symptoms. It may be normal, or there may be something that your physician will want to investigate. Sweden is cold in the winter, so wear gloves in the winter if your hands have poor circulation. Also ask if any other family members have similar symptoms- it may be hereditary!
