Nonallergic rhinitis causes frequent headaches. what can i do to not have these headaches other than medication? im not a fan of being on medication

Saline: Hard to answer. There are plenty of good medications with low side effect profiles for non-allergic rhinitis. The key is determining why rhinitis is occurring and to choose the optimal treatment regimen. Saline irrigation is beneficial in most cases and is not a medicine, could start there.
