Very complicated : The loose tooth can sometimes be stabilized by anchoring it to its neighbors if the gum problems on the loose tooth have been stabilized and if the anchor teeth are strong enough to safely bear the load. Generally speaking, it is wiser to have the loose tooth removed and replaced by an implant.

Yes, but: Anchoring a loose tooth to a stable tooth can loosen the other tooth. Must determine why original tooth is loose, whether other teeth are involved to a lesser extent, and what are the appropriate choices for treatment. Please see your Dentist.

Complex Condition: Why is the one tooth loose? Periodontal problems? Trauma? Healthy gingiva but loss of bone? Each situation is slightly different, and it really depends on which teeth and the occlusion. So technically yes, it can be done, but it may not be the best treatment. A hopeless tooth should be extracted to avoid damage to an adjacent healthy tooth.
