See below: This could be many things. You might have got the dates wrong, in which case the baby is further along than you think. Subsequent children in a pregnancy tend to be bigger than the child before it. If you do not have gestational diabetes this is probably not something to worry about.

Please settle a debate. Which came first; big babies or diabetes? My understanding was that having large babies was a sign of blood glucose issues.
