See a GYN MD: You need to make an appointment with a GYN MD to assess your pain on a more complete level than a quick E.R,. visit. E.R.'s are great for managing acute emergencies, but do not delve deeply into GYN pain sources unless it is a medical emergency like an ectopic pregnancy.
