Right lower abd pain: Your pain may or may not have anything to do with your cycle. We also think of ovarian torsion, appendicitis, bowel obstruction, gastroenteritis and diverticulitis. If this is not usual for you during your period or if you also have fever, vomiting, decreased appetite, or blood stools please see your doc asap!

Various causes : Severe pain in the right lower quadrant can be a sign of appendicitis. If the pain is severe you should be seen by a doctor. If you feel the pain is related to having your period then Ibuprofen is often helpful.
