Since i started the injection, depo, 3 years ago i have not had my menstrual periods. this past sunday, i started having them so abruptly. it's heavy flow and i've been having this excruciating pain in my lower abdomen. also, i have blood clots.

Heavy flow: requires an exam and visit with your doctor, or urgent care/ER. Pain further seems to warrant an exam as well.
