Viral infection: This sounds very much like a vita upper respiratory infection and the symptoms should subside over the next few days. Use regular paracetamol and Nurofen to help with the recovery process. If the symptoms worsen see a doctor, you may need antibiotics if there is a secondary bacterial infection.

Mgt: I agree these symptoms may be related to a cold or influenza. Did you receive your flu shot? Other possible causes include an allergic reaction. Rinse sinuses with saline to reduce post nasal drip.
