Strengthen/Reminder: It's important to set an alarm to take regular breaks. Also, stretching and strengthening of the muscles around the neck will increase blood supply to those muscles and help prevent them from being as tight in the future. There are great apps and software you can install which not only remind you but also guide you through various exercises you can do.
