Appendicitis, or...: These symptoms could go along with appendicitis (the location is right); if that's your doctor's diagnosis, probably she is right. These days many appendicitis cases are treated with antibiotics and no surgery. But several other infections could be possible, including fallopian tube infection (pelvic inflammatory disease), especially if you're at risk for STD. Keep in touch with your doctor.
