Can a stiff neck be associated with the flu shot?

Yes: Some people can get muscle aching from flu shots, but they should only last a few days. If lasting longer, so bad you cannot put your chin on chest, or with high fever you should see a doctor right away

Yes: The Flu shot can cause various types of myalgias. Including neck muscle pain. If you have fever though, I would get checked.
