Enlarged lymph nodes: Lymph node enlargement around the neck is very common and often of no concern. If the nodes enlarge are large then it can be of concern. Since you went to the ENT, a specialist of the neck, and got an opinion and are still concerned I wonder if you have anxiety

I received a flu shot yesterday and a few hours after the shot I was having neck pain. Went to sleep and now I cant move my head without having pain shoot down and up my spine. Is this something to worry about? No history of spinal injury?
