Brachial plexus: injury can be upper-C5C6C7-erbs palsy,and less common-C5-Ti in C5 C6-injury the hand and wrist movt are preserved if C7 is involved there is also flexion of wrist and fingers a neurologist needs to evaluate electrodiagnostic studies and imaging helps diagnosis so surgical nerve repair and reconstruction can be done
