I would defer to: Your ob.Gyn. It is way more important you have a good ob/gyn following you. It is not important to have a 14 week u/s but moer important that your weight and fetal heart monitoring is consistent. Prenatal care is much more important than looking at anatomy of the fetus.

Yes.: Usually the anatomy ultrasound is done during 18-20 weeks of pregnancy. The purpose of this ultrasound is to view how the fetus is developing - if you do the ultrasound too early, some organs won't be developed and we can't evaluate them.
