I normally get idioventricular tachycardia during rest. how is this normally treated? trying to keep it from getting worse.

Tachycardia: There are some nutritional things to try. Magnesium for one. If the tachycardia is symptomatic I would involve the care of a cardiologist.

Cardiology consult: top include exam. 24 hr Holter monitor, stress echocardiogram and medication based on findings. Most of the the time these are benign conditions; however, intrinsic heart disease must be ruled out.
