Small lump behind ear,neck sore on that side, throats sore, been having a bit of hot and cold sweats. Dont have a fever, dont feel awful just not the best. Is this a cold? Is the lump a lymph node?
Lump feeling in throat. On and off for several weeks. Noticed increase in mucous in throat as well. Lump feeling really noticeable when turning head. Sometimes feeling will go away then come back hours or day or two later. Sore throat at times.
