Depends: Your ideal calorie intake depends upon your current weight and height as well as your level of physical exercise or exertion. If you're obese and inactive, 1200 cals may suffice. If you're extremely physically active or very underweight, 3000 to 4000 cals may be recommended. If you're having any weight problems, have a consultation with a registered dietitian who will counsel you properly.
