I have ibd, and i have a recent increase in bowel activity. should i increase my pentasa?

Don't increase. : Don't increase it. But try to see what flared you up, a recent infection? Stress? Dietary change? It's better to stay the course with Pentasa unless your symptoms last more than 3-5 days. Try adding a little fiber to bulk stools.
