Very big, sore gland under jaw for about a month. has been enlarged as long as i can remember. just noticed the tenderness ent not concerned 4 yrs ago?

Swollen Glands: If it is changing- getting bigger, is now tender when it wasn't before you should have it rechecked by your doctor.

Lymph node: biopsy would be a great idea as well as a hematology consultation.

Need Follow Up: The swelling under you jaw could be related to a a number of different causes, included but not limited to an enlarged lymph node, a possible cyst, or a salivary gland. You should have the area examined and evaluated.
