I got my 2 bottom impacted wisdom teeth out 4 days ago. a new soreness just started in my gums going up towards my ears that is painful and new. help!

Dry Socket,: The most common complication after an extraction , dry socket, occurs when the blood clot does not form well resulting in pain which can radiate to other parts of the head snd neck. The possibility of tooth or bone spicules remnants not allowing proper healing. Must be considered. Call your dentist who performed extraction ASAP.
