Need more details: When did the platelet counts begin to fall in relation to the date of your surgery. What is the current level of Hemoglobin and platelets. If you have not had it checked recently get one. Once we know the current values of your CBC, we can guide you further. Internal bleeding can temporarily lower the platelet count but it should not occur one month after surgery. So something is amiss.
