Could it be healthy to take ibuprofen on top of paracetamol?

Sure: Better to combine so take less of either and their benefits are additive. Like 1+1=3.

Yes: Paracetamol is tylenol (acetaminophen). It works by different mechanisms than ibuprofen. Be sure however to keep daily dosage of tylenol (acetaminophen) to less than 4000mg - ideally less than 2000mg for extended use. I would suggest alternating them - thereby reducing the side effects of either. Hope this helps.
