More info/call doc: The rapid heartbeat is not uncommon at high doses, if your dose tapers down this should go away. Nose bleeds are not a common side effect of short term use of prednisone. If you have been taking it for a while just stopping may dangerous. Are you on other treatments that could be doing this, such as inhalers and nasal sprays? Consider consulting a HealthTap Doctor.
