Hi doctor i wanted to know rapid heart rate can cause a person to bleed out if they have an injury like a nose bleed or something?

No: Rapid heart rate won't make you bleed out. It's a response to adrenalin stimulus like pain. If you have lost too much blood from an injury, rapid HR is a compensatory response.
