Get care right now: Clearly you have a fairly severe form of urethritis, i.e. infection/inflammation of the urine passage. This is usually an STD; with this severity gonorrhea is the best bet. Chlamydia and herpes are possible but less likely. OTOH, gonorrhea and other STDs don't usually cause bleeding; another possibility is passing a stone. Get care immediately, even if it means a night visit to ER.
