All of the abdominal: organs that can be seen with a contrast CT are visible on a noncontrast CT: liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, etc... Contrast helps detect certain abnormalities within the various structures, sometimes the abnormalities can be seen only with contrast. So, the noncontrast CT visualizes all the organs, but the sensitivity is decreased relative to the C+ exam for detecting some abnormalities.
