GYN exam: You must be seen and examined by your PCP or GYN. There are multiple causes for this issue: female and thyroid issues, cervical and uterine problems, fibroids, cancer etc. If you are not allergic you can use Aleve- 1 tab by mouth every 8 hrs to help with cramping and bleeding; however, you must be seen for a GYN evaluation.
