Pregnant?: First of all if there is any chance of pregnancy then check a pregnancy test. If it is negative then there are any number of things ranging fro stress to thyroid disorders that can cause irregular periods. If your periods do not get back to normal over the next few months then see a doctor for an exam and blood tests.
