A few possibilities: Genital skin rashes like this are pretty common. Mostly not serious. Some common ones are lichen planus, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis, eczema, and others. You'll need to see a doctor in person for accurate diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, it's not likely to be serious. Good luck!
