STD? PID?: Urinary tract infections don't cause vaginal bleeding or cramps. Depending on your age and STD risks, I would be worried about an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, which might be progressing to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, i.e. fallopian tube infection). Whatever the cause, these symptoms require prompt medical attention. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck!
