Bloody BM: Please go to ER today. Blood in the stool is significant can be inflammatory bowel/ colitis, AVM , Meckles rarely even gastritis (though usually tarry and black), ischemia is rare at your age but if vasculitis can be ischemia, SMA thrombosis. . Weakness can be from anemia and loss of blood. Go to ER now.
